The Nigeria Labour Congress in Ogun State has conferred the Distinguished Labour Solidarity Award on the Rector of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Arc. Dr. ‘Koye Jolaoso, in recognition of his contributions to staff welfare and institutional development.
Presenting the award, the Ogun State Executive Council of the Congress, led by its Chairman, Comrade Hameed Benco Ademola, commended the Rector for what it described as remarkable efforts in repositioning and rebranding the institution since assuming office.
The Council noted that under Jolaoso’s leadership, the Polytechnic has witnessed improvements in staff welfare and the provision of a more conducive working environment.

“Your impactful contributions to the lives of people and to the growth of your institution stand as shining examples worthy of recognition and emulation,” Ademola stated.
Responding, Jolaoso expressed appreciation to the Congress for the recognition, describing it as both encouraging and motivating.
He noted that being the first alumnus of the institution to serve as Rector places a responsibility on him to drive inclusive and transformative leadership.
