The Students’ Union Government (SUG) of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, has commended the Rector of the institution, Arc. Dr. ‘Koye Jolaoso, for his exemplary leadership and support for initiatives aimed at promoting unity, responsible leadership and meaningful student development.

The commendation was contained in an appreciation letter signed by the 41st SUG President, Comrade Temitope Afolabi, popularly known as Big Afo.

He expressed the Union’s gratitude to the Rector for the achievements recorded by the administration, particularly in students’ welfare and the general well-being of the MAPOLY community.

Afolabi acknowledged that the achievements would not have been possible without the cooperation, guidance, encouragement and support received from the Rector and the institution’s management throughout the SUG administration.

The Students’ Union President also appreciated Jolaoso for giving the Union the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the development of the Polytechnic, describing the Rector’s support as an integral part of the administration’s success story.

According to the letter, “Thank you for believing in us, supporting us, and giving the Students’ Union the space to contribute meaningfully to the development of MAPOLY. Your encouragement and leadership will remain an important part of the story of this administration.”

The SUG President further prayed for continued wisdom, strength, good health and greater accomplishments for the Rector and the management in their service to the Polytechnic community.
